Project Management: Project Reviews

Whether they are formal or informal, project reviews are a good way to evaluate the status of both the project and the process. Is the project progressing as planned? Are risks and issues being managed appropriately? Is project scope stable? Is the process being followed and is it proving to be beneficial? The answers to these and many other questions can be assessed through a project review. Actions taken to address issues uncovered in a project review help to instill quality in the finished product.
